1. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or dispatched.
For custom or made-to-order products/services, cancellation is not allowed once production/work has started.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
Wrong product/service delivered
Damaged product received
Order not delivered within the committed time
To request a refund, the customer must inform us within 3 days of delivery/service.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay due to external factors (transport, weather, etc.)
Services already delivered or completed
5. Return Policy (If Applicable)
Product must be unused and in original condition
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
