Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or dispatched.

  • For custom or made-to-order products/services, cancellation is not allowed once production/work has started.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

    • Wrong product/service delivered

    • Damaged product received

    • Order not delivered within the committed time

  • To request a refund, the customer must inform us within 3 days of delivery/service.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay due to external factors (transport, weather, etc.)

  • Services already delivered or completed


5. Return Policy (If Applicable)

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
